With many years behind me as a specialist gourmet butcher, I pride myself in sourcing the best pork, lamb, beef and chicken, preparing it with great care, seasoning it with flair and cooking it just right. 

I take the hassle out of serving it by carving it when you are ready to serve, and setting it out on your buffet table with our delicious salads and sides, or yours if you prefer.
